Hibiki 21 years old is one of the best blended whiskeys in the world, whose rich and deep character is inherited from the most expressive single malts from the Yamazaki and Hakushu distilleries blended with grain whiskey from Chita. For this ultra-limited 2015 Mont Fuji edition, the most awarded Japanese blended whiskey has been bottled in a charming collector's bottle with 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the lunar calendar on which a sublime decoration evoking Mount Fuji has been hand painted by artisans.

Full of grace, it reveals an incredible fruity sweetness of blackberries, dried apricots, ripe bananas and cooked fruits. In addition to its tender fruity character, its aromatic profile delicately reveals some gourmet notes of caramel and honeycomb, but also subtle notes of sandalwood and Mizunara patiently transmitted by Japanese oak barrels during long aging.
